When will my old number come onto new phone

I change from o2. To id, I gave my pac number as I wish to keep my old number phone. Supposed to change today but  still i don't have my old number which i NEED to keep. I am now seeing a lot of people with same problem and am getting concerned.

Hey there ​@Tracey Bell, all ports complete between 8am-10pm, so please allow up until 10pm and then restart your phone :)

Unfortunately @deejay Dixon, mobile number transfers in the UK don’t happen immediately. 

Your switch happens sometime between 8am - 10pm, on the date it was scheduled. 

You’ll know iD have started work on your switch when your old O2 SIM card stops working.

When I switched to iD my old SIM stopped working at ~11am, and the number I was keeping started working with my iD SIM at ~3pm.
