When will my old number transfer

Thanks for your message I’m sorry for the confusion around your number transfer, I know how important it is to have clarity on this.

Your transfer (porting) date depends on when your PAC was submitted and accepted by your new network. Once the port has been processed, your old number will switch over on the agreed transfer date this is usually completed on the next working day after the request is accepted, but timings can vary slightly depending on the networks involved.
