Hi there i filled the contract out online with the pac code etc when will my number change over?

    Have you received your ‘Welcome to’ or ‘Order Complete’ email confirming your chosen switch date?
    The switching date you selected can be found in either of those.

    After giving iD Mobile your PAC code, the number transfer usually happens within one working day, often the next day, between 10 am and 6 pm, but it can take longer if you submit the code near a weekend or holiday. 


    If you need to query this, because that date has passed, then you can contact iD Mobile via the following ways:-

    When you contact the Live Chat :-

    Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot.
