I applied for a one month ID mobile SIM only plan via you switch 

I supposedly failed could it check but the good news is I am pre-approved for a one month SIM only deal 

Make that make sense 😂

Update: A few hours later, I got the eSIM without reapply or doing anything, so some sort of system error?

I don’t think ID Mobile staff bother reading posts in full before replying anymore. ​@L0rdvega clearly mentioned in their original post that they’d applied for a one-month ID Mobile SIM.

Hi ​@L0rdvega,

Hmm, a strange one! The only thing I can think of is if you picked a SIMO plan > £15pm it may have rejected and suggested a SIMO plan < £15pm.

I’d recommend giving our iD Telephone Sales team a call on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.
