Where's my phone?

It's been 8 days since I ordered a new phone.  DPD texted delivery was the 4th December. DPD never deliver on the first is always "sorry we missed you". Then they sent me a text, delivery for the 5th December. They did try to deliver only to the wrong house. The picture they sent of the house, with a different name, is a ¼ mile from my house and I can see it from my garden. I haven't heard anything since.  By the way. I did contact your customer service. The woman hung up on me because she obviously didn't speak English and couldn't understand what I was telling her.  Please cancel the phone so I can actually get hold of phone without relying on DPD.

We are sorry to hear that Dpd has gone to the wrong address for your delivery. Have you tried contacting Dpd and providing them with your tracking number?
