Is it me? I’ve scoured the ID website for an actual telephone number to get help. Can’t find one.

You’re not imagining it this is a very common point of confusion with iD Mobile.

iD Mobile does not operate a standard customer service phone line for general support.
That’s why you can’t find a normal “call us” number on the website.
