Hi @Queenvicky27,

You’re basically choosing between two of the best flagship phones available, so there’s no “bad” option it really comes down to what you value most.

Here’s a clear, no-nonsense comparison 👇

📊 iPhone 17 Pro Max vs Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

🏆 Which one should YOU pick?

👉 Go for iPhone 17 Pro Max if:

• You want the smoothest, most reliable experience
• You care about video quality & social media content
• You already use Apple (Mac, AirPods, iPad)
• You want long-term updates and simplicity

👉 It’s currently rated the best overall phone by many reviewers

👉 Go for Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra if:

• You want the best camera zoom & flexibility
• You like customisation and control
• You use Android/Google services
• You want stronger AI features

⚖️ Honest bottom line

• iPhone 17 Pro Max = safer, smoother, better all-round
• S26 Ultra = more powerful features, more freedom

👍 My straight recommendation

If you’re unsure and just want something that “just works” perfectly every day →
👉 Go iPhone 17 Pro Max

If you’re more techy and want features + control + best camera zoom →
👉 Go Samsung Ultra

Thank you

I have alway had Samsung every 2 years contract

Just thinking of iphone

Even thus am not a fan

But thinking to try for a change 🤔

Thank

Hi @Queenvicky27,

You’re very welcome!

A lot of people who’ve always used Samsung do get curious about trying an iPhone just for a change. It can feel quite different at first, but many find it easy to get used to after a little while.

If you do decide to give it a try, it might be worth going for a model that suits your needs without going too high-end straight away, just to see how you get on with it.

If you have any questions about switching or need help comparing options, feel free to ask, always happy to help!

Hi @Queenvicky27

If you already have the S24 Ultra, this is not a massive upgrade.

It may be worth considering if you care about night photography, zoom clarity, and AI-enhanced photography features.

Overall, there isn’t a huge leap compared to the iPhone 17 Pro Max either. If you are passionate about photography, you may prefer the iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, the Samsung S26 Ultra is still a very strong option and definitely not a bad choice.
