At the moment, we do not have any reported service outages or known network issues affecting mobile data services.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart the handset completely
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensure Mobile Data is enabled in the handset settings
  • Check that Data Roaming is enabled if you are abroad
  • Manually set the handset to 4G/LTE only:

For iPhone:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Data
  • Mobile Data Options
  • Voice & Data
  • Select 4G

For Android:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Networks / Connections
  • Preferred Network Type
  • Select 4G/LTE

Please also try:

  • Resetting the network settings on the handset
  • Removing and reinserting the SIM card if using a physical SIM
  • Testing the SIM in another handset if available
  • Checking whether calls and texts are also affected
  • Testing the connection outdoors if indoors coverage appears weak
