Just joined iD. Firstly My calls often go straight to voicemail without ringing. No option to reject, answer and put other caller on hold if I’m on another call. I get a text message to say I have voicemails but no call log as missed call in recents, so I don’t have the number of who called me unless I call voicemail and write it down. I call voicemail and it asks if I want standard business days and hours. I don’t want any business hours. I want it to ring all the time. I have not changed any of my phone settings. It was all fine when with o2.
