We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Ring Doorbell.

Unfortunately, this isn't something we're able to troubleshoot from our side. We'd recommend contacting Ring Support, as they'll be best placed to investigate why the doorbell is no longer working.

It's also worth noting that iD Mobile SIMs are generally designed for use in mobile phones and aren't guaranteed to be compatible with other devices, such as smart doorbells or similar equipment.
