wifi calling not working even though enabled

Thanks for getting in touch. We’re sorry you’re having a trouble with WiFi Calling.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Go to Settings > WiFi Calling and make sure it is switched ON
• Ensure you are connected to a stable WiFi network
• Turn Airplane Mode ON, then manually turn WiFi back ON and try making a call
• Restart your phone after enabling WiFi Calling
• Check for any software updates and install if available
• Toggle WiFi Calling OFF and back ON again
• If your phone has the option, set WiFi Calling as preferred over mobile network
• Try connecting to a different WiFi network (if possible) to rule out router issues

Also, WiFi Calling usually only activates when mobile signal is weak or unavailable, so check if the WiFi Calling icon appears in your status bar before making a call.
