Wont let me choose a date to swap back to my old phone number

I am trying to keep my old phone number and I put the correct PAC code in which is still working and hasn’t ran out then the correct number it takes me too a page to choose a date 

it doesn’t let me click on any date or type any date I want hasn’t worked many days in a row
