Add on purchased in error

I selected the option to purchase an add on to my phone but turns out I don’t need it. I can’t see any option on my account to cancel it. Can anyone help?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Alison Joanne    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
