I can’t find the option on the app to buy add on roaming beyond

i tried everything but no lucky

Hi @Alledhi my apologies, I can see you are a Pay As You Go customer. The add ons are not available on Pay As You Go please I’m afraid.

When you use your phone in one of our Roam Free destinations, your minutes, texts and data will be deducted of your plan’s allowances. If you exceed your allowance, then standard out-of-plan charges apply. If you're visiting a country not included in our Roam Free destinations, you can find our roaming charges here.
