apple links not working

I have been able to get 3 months Apple TV , but the links for arcade and music don’t work

We are sorry to hear the links will not work.

We can look in to this further for. Can you please confirm if you have tested the link on different browsers?

Also, can you please let us know if you are receiving an error code when attempting to use the link?

If you have a VPN active or pop ups blocked, this may cause problems with the link loading.

I have tested links on safari and chrome

I get this message for music and arcade….UID Missing or incorrect.

VPN turned off
