apple music subscription not getting the link

Hi, I have recently upgraded and I haven’t been given a link for the free three months of Apple Music.

Can someone help please

If you've recently purchased and the email hasn't arrived yet, we would recommend waiting 12 days from the purchase date.

If you don’t receive the Apple Music link within the 12 days, please let us know!
