I was trying to activate my 3 months free Apple TV.
For some reason I can't pass the stage with my bank account details.
Every single time it is saying problems with PayPal bank details.
I have checked everything is correct and still doesn't allow to set up payment confirmation etc.

Okay, it may be best to log into the Apple website directly to update or try different payment methods on your Apple account.
