Hi 

When i signed up to iD mobile i had the offer of 3 months free of Apple TV but never received anything to set it up, i have also checked my junk box. Please can it be re sent

    How long ago did you join? My email came through about 2 weeks after activation.

    You probably need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Gem-gem 

    The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
