I bought 1 day 2GB bolt-ons switches on roaming data and when I want to connect to network I can see message "Probably you used all your data in Turk telecom" and no internet.
I tried different network (no connection to Vodafone and no internet with Turkcell).
How to fix it?

Please can you also try and connect to AVEA and see if that makes any difference?

Unfortunately only 3 networks were displayed on my mobile: Turk telecom, Vodafone and Turkcell.
Finally I wasn’t able to connect to any of those networks and now I’m back in the UK.
How can I cancel bolt ons which was charged but wasn’t working at all (i can see that I haven’t use even 1MB from this Bolt on)
