Purchased an upgrade ( through id mobile)yesterday where it said you get £50 voucher  but no details received.  Checked how to claim page but no existing offer.

Sounds like you might've started your purchase ‘journey’ on an iD Mobile affiliate website, e.g. uSwitch, MoneySavingExpert, etcetera. Their voucher offers are independent of iD.

Whereabouts online did you find the iD product (with a voucher offer), which you then went on to purchase, ​@LiamF

It was given as an offer incentive to upgrade my sim only plan. I did it all through the ID mobile phone app.
