I must leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none.  This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting.  I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile.  How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?

Also, I want 3 months repayment for data/network service id mobile I never got yet id Mobile took payment for and a refund for an add on of data I never got as well.

You won’t be getting a PAC here. Follow the steps I have given you above to obtain one.

You can obtain a PAC through the app or by chatting with a live chat agent.

The app states the PAC will be texted to me., and because I haven't been getting data and a network service for 3 months, I can't send or receive text and messages, and I can't make or receive calls, so the apps of no use to me.  I can't even access the so called "Live Chat" feature in the app.  I tap "Live Chat" and get nothing, zilch, nada.

If you can post here, you’ll be able to access the iD mobile website. You can then speak to a live chat agent there. No need to use the app.

You can also drop iD Mobile a DM via one of their socials.

I need a PAC now please, so can leave cancel the contract.

Also …

I noticed I wad contacted and told if I cancel the contract TODAY, I won't pay "line rental for the remaining months of the contract."

For months now I've been paying for a service I'm not getting.

Therefore  …

I SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED ANYTHING EXTRA  on top of what I've been paying iD Mobile for each month.

Forc3 months now, I've paid for data and network services I'm not getting.

No text message, sent or received  …

No phone calls, made or received either.

Both when out and about …

and …

when I'm in the house, where my device connects to WiFi.

Once I go out the house …

I can't make a call …

receive a call.

Send a text …

Or receive a message.

I can't access the Internet  …

so apps don't work.

So …

I shouldn't get a bill for additional charges.

It should be WAIVED ...

once I get the PAC  .…

and switch …

Hello,

I finally leave id Mobile then on 2 days after I leave, I'm get a bill. Yet .…

from August/September 2025 to the time I left, I was paying but not getting any data.  At the end of a busy day, before I lay my weary head down to sleep, I spent valuable, precious time troubleshooting the problem bia the online 'community.'  And, no matter how carefully, meticulously, diligently and repeatedly  as I tried, I couldn't get id Mobile to give data I was paying for.  I wasted hours of my life wading through online pages on the id 'community.'  Priceless time I will never get back.  What a waste. I couldn't even use the app to request a code so I could leave.  I had to use a landline whenever I called and spoke with customer service.

I contacted them via email and telephone calls, asking for help.  At first they said the technical team would reply in 48 hours.  They never ever did.  The only time they called me was when I left id Mobile.  Someone from customer service called to get my permission to mark my complaint as resolved.  This is done for statistical purposes.  It looks impressive if id Mobile's customer satisfaction rating is high.

For 3 months I got no data and no network service, and now id Mobile have the cheek to demand payment from me.  I refuse to pay id Mobile for a service I paid for over a 3 month period but never received.  Id Mobile took money from me each month, money I worked hard to earn and did not provide me with a service.  I've had enough and  I am not paying this charge.

I await id Mobile's customer service reply.

Deciding whether to pay your bill is a personal choice. Failing to do so will result in it being passed to a debt collection agency and negatively impacting your credit rating. My advice is to pay the bill to avoid any potential problems but immediately afterwards raise another complaint.

Hi @J Talbert ,

Thank you for your message. I’m really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced, and I’d like to apologise for the tone of the previous response, that wasn’t appropriate.

As your account was active, billing continued until disconnection. However, given your reports of prolonged service issues, this needs to be reviewed properly as part of your complaint. The Complaints/Technical team will assess whether any billing adjustments or credits are due for the period affected.
