Link not working for 3 months free Apple Music

The link I was given in the purchase confirmation email from ID Mobile for 3 months free Apple Music is not working. This is what I get after clicking on the link.

Did the link work okay for the other free trials, just not this one?

 

Have you tried via another browser/device at all?

It worked for apple tv, I haven't tried the apple arcade one as i have no interest in it.

Yes I have tried different devices and different browsers.
