Loyalty Add-on Confirmation

Hi,

I've arranged a loyalty add-on of 50GB over the phone when renewing my contract.

I requested an email confirmation so I could have it in writing.

The advisor told me I would receive the email soon but I haven't received anything.

What can I do?

Is the extra data showing on your account/app?

I've checked my spam folder and the app. No confirmation and extra data not showing in my acount.
