I have paid £20 for extra add on to use data in Turkey but I am not able to use any unless I connect to wifi

I need to be able to have data to send messages and calls

Have you checked that your iD Mobile account and phone are set up correctly with regards to roaming?

Yes everything is set up i have connection but when I go on Internet without wifi doesn't work

Sorry to hear this, are you able to try connecting to networks manually in your device settings instead of using automatic network selection?

Please note that the roaming add-ons are for data only, calls and texts are not included.
