Last month i used all of my data, messages and calls. This month as they reset my calls and messages work but my data doesn't. It tells me to sign in but the link it takes me to never works. I don't know what to do, any suggestions?

That's a little odd.

Do you mean you're trying to sign into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ and this does not work?

Have you got the iD app and able to sign in here?

It's best to first check your usage to make sure you have remaining allowances.
