I have two contracts with ID Mobile, a new one and an old one. I have been trying to cancel my old contract and having no luck! I got a text saying I will be disconnected on 4th March, and assumed that my last bill would be on the 7th March. BUT when I log into my account it says my next bill will be in April! I tried to cancel it again last night and now I've had a text saying that my disconnection is now due on the 24th March!

I am NOT paying £20 a month for something I am not using.

Can someone from ID please confirm if my contract is being cancelled and when my last bill will be? 

I want to talk to an actual living person, not a chat bot by the way! The customer service being provided is horrendous.
