False Disconnection Email

Recently I have had emails stating that I have just started a new contract (Which was false) and now I have had an email stating that I have asked to be disconnected (Which is also False)! Are ID Mobile having an issue with a rogue employee or just Technical issues??

     It may be time for ID Mobile to get some REAL staff not just relying upon computers!

We do have real staff, at least I was last time I checked.


We did have an error with emails going out advising of new lines recently, but that’s since been fixed. 


The disconnection email sounds a little odd though, what exactly does that email say?
