Galaxy A70 WiFi calling issue

Have just joined ID because of a good deal and the fact that you have wifi calling for my handset, Samsung galaxy A70. Wifi call has been working but has now stopped. It works with a virgin sim. Have updates phone software, tried switching it of and on a few times but no joy.  I need help or it's back to EE.

Hi @Bangjessie, we’re aware that we had some issues with an outage yesterday that has since been rectified. If you turn your handset off and on again, it should resume normal service.
