Network Unlocking phone
Hi I need to unlock a phone to use it with my Id sim, it’s a Alcatel onetouch?

I understand that your Alcatel phone is locked to a provider different than ID. You will need to request an unlock from the network your phone is locked to. Let's say, if your phone is locked to EE you will need to ask EE to unlock it. This will work only if you purchased this phone with them.
Alternatively, if you purchased your phone second hand or from third party retailer then you request third party unlock from a local phone shop and pay for the service.
