MY PHONE IS SAYING NO SERVICE, AND IT HAS A NOTIFICATION THAT SAYS “PHONE NOT ALLOWED FOR VOICE” I KNOW I HAVE SERVICE AND I CANT FIX THIS ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, SAM SUNG GALAXY

Hi @BeeChoosy86,

I am sorry to hear about these issues! Did you purchase the phone from ourselves? I ask this because if not, the phone could be locked to another network. Trying the SIM card in an unlocked phone will be a good test too because it will show if the phone is actually at fault here.
