Why will ID not accept the PAC code that my wife is trying to submit to switch her account from EE to ID?

Did your wife get any particular error message at all? Have they tried submitting it on a different browser?

My wife and I have both decided to return the iD Mobile SIM cards and cancel the monthly SIM-only contracts.  It’s simply just too difficult to deal with iD Mobile.  For example, the “Buying Online Terms” document says to call Customer Services on 0333 304 8064 to get a Return Transaction Number.  But this takes you to Talk Mobile (Vodafone) customer services!  How bizarre.

I have emailed REMOVED which Car Phone Warehouse customer services directed me to, requesting confirmation that the contracts and directs debits for my wife and me are cancelled.  Will you please confirm this by return?  This request is legally binding on iD Mobile.

I would like to talk to a real person at iD Mobile, so please call me on REMOVED or REMOVED today or on Jan 14.  Thank you.
