When is the update for the A71 coming out?

Hi all.

When is ID mobile planning on rolling out the android update for the galaxy A71? It was released in full on the 8th of Feb. We should be seeing this already. I know my wife's Vodafone A71 has updated on the 9th. 

Any help and guidance appreciated 🙏

We don’t have visibility of this I’m afriad. Your best bet would be to contact Samsung to see when we can expect the update to take place.
