Wi fi calling On S7 Edge

Why is it that my s7 edge will not support wi fi calling as it was not supplied by ID mobile, this is what C/services have told me, it's crazy as now I have moved location I will have to move to a new supplier!!

That's odd @Miap2807,

I'm not sure why you were advised that as the S7 Edge is compatible with WiFi Calling according to our list here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/wifi-calling

Have you checked to see if you're on the latest software for your phone?
