Wifi Calling not working on my Samsung Galaxy S9+

I know this question has been asked before but I can’t find a definitive answer.

I have just joined ID Mobile with a galaxy s9+ that has been unlocked from EE.  Wifi calling is not working, which is one of the reasons I chose ID.

I have read all sorts about turning on, off, restarting and flashing firmware.  Does any one know why wifi calling is not working and what I can do about it?

Hello @sbhoole,

We’ve got a few topics on the Community with plenty of troubleshooting that’s been done but ultimately, it may be down to the firmware on the handset.

You can try resetting the network settings to see if this helps and making sure you’re on the latest update.
