Hi, we are unable to log in to my son’s phone account. I am unable to contact anyone via your helpine number. We have his mobile number but the email address escapes us despite us inputting the relevant details. Can we speak to someone please as it is very difficult to get hold of anyone?

Hi @Alf, we were having some issues with the Live Chat yesterday, but it’s operational again now. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.
