Account set up but not receiving security code

I am trying to set up my account and have not received a security code so unable to proceed….

Sorry to hear that.

The code is sent as a text to the iD Mobile SIM card.

Have you got the iD SIM card inserted into the phone?

Without this, you’ll be unable to register.
