I have had nothing but trouble since the moment I joined ID . Less than helpful service and no resolve or response to my issues. I cannot access my dashboard as my ported number has not been updated in two months

When you say you can't access your dashboard, what do you mean by this?

Have you tried registering for an account on https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ ?
