Data Usage Difference

On the iD app it says I have used 78.56mb of data but in my phone's settings it says I have only used 30.26mb. I'm worried at this rate it will appear I have run out of data when I still have plenty left.

What your phone is showing in the settings is not really accurately measured, it's just estimated amount of data send and received by your phone's it's not official measurement provided by your network. What you see as your usage in ID Mobile app is one and only accurate number as it is provided by the network.

How much monthly data do you have on your contact? If you spend 80mb as shown on your ID Mobile app then you spend very very little data.
