Having trouble logging into My iD account

I’ve spent 3 days trying to register an account for the ID mobile app, but it keeps on saying my details are incorrect but that can’t be true since I know my date of birth and last name.

Hello @Zain_k,

Have you just joined iD Mobile or are already with us?

Have you checked to make sure that the iD Mobile number you are entering is the one active on the SIM?

The account holders details need to be entered, so this is the person who purchased the SIM not the intended user.

If all of these details are correct, please let us know. 

The likelihood is due to incorrect details being recorded when registering.

Yes I’ve checked all of these and yet it’s still not working and it’s just not letting me create an account I don’t know why?
