How can I activate my replacement SIM

Hi there,

I’ve got a new replacement sim from you guys. However when I tried registering for this on your website it approved my ID number however disapproved my last name and Date of Birth. I have tried activating my sim by asking for the security code to be sent via email and text but no use. Hopefully you’ll be able to help

Hello @akhtartaiba721,

Just to confirm when trying to register, you need to enter the account holders last name, date of birth and the iD number active on the account.

The account holder is the one who purchased this (not the one who will be using it).


If you’re sure these details are definitely correct, let us know, we’ll need to check them on our end as it’s possible they were entered incorrectly when purchasing.
