I can’t log in to my account and I can’t reset my password either


I tried to log in using my passcode or password on the app, and neither worked. I tried to reset them, but I get an error message. Can you please help?

We are sorry to hear that! Which error message do you receive when this happens? In the meantime, uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it might help sooner.

Error happens on the website as well, so it’s not app specific.

When I originally made my account, I used the wrong email address at registration, so that might be why it doesn't work. Any ideas on what I could do?
