ID App rejecting details


When I enter my details the app rejects details, but not specific on which is wrong/right?
Downloaded app on android.

I have tried to log in on the app with my username and password and its saying its incorrect. Yet when I enter my phone number and email address into the forgot my username panel, it says my details arent recognised. So I'm stuck and cant log in

Hi @johnrichardc 

We are sorry to hear this. The username is usually an email address which you will have used when purchasing the iD contract. Have you tried all email addresses which you may have used when setting up the iD account?
