Mobile app won’t accept I’m not using new sim!

Upgraded my sim only and was sent a sim for me not to use 😕

Now the the mobile app asks whether I’m using my new sim every time but won’t let me go back to the app when I ask it to, having told it I’m not using the new one yet. Help!

Sorry to hear about this. Just so that we can ensure that we advise you correctly could you please advise which SIM Card you are using?

Are your services working as they should be? Also which handset are you using as sometimes you may need to update the number on Apple handsets.
