PAC code Problem

Hi

I got a new phone and transferred my old number from EE to this contract (oppo phone) 

However, I returned this to Carphone warehouse within 14 days as changed mind on the phone and now have Samsung (both Oppo and new Samsung are on ID network) the Oppo ID network was cancelled and got a PAC code from the app before it was closed down and valid till 26th December. 

Now have new Samsung phone I've tried to add PAC code to new phone to keep EE number but it doesn't work and says wrong PAC code for number 

Please help

PAC code valid for 30 days. Make sure you have entered correct PAC code without space or dash.

PAC number expired but when I request a new one it continues to send me the expired one
