Password Reset Code

 Please is there a real person to speak to?


I am not receiving a reset code so cannot assess my account.


I have tried calling, live chat nothing is working.

Please I just want to leave ID mobile, but wish to do it in the correct way.

We are sorry to hear about this. When requesting a reset code, this should be going to your phone via SMS message; are you currently using the SIM card in a device? If so, does the website state that the code has successfully been issued?
