Reactivate a closed account

I previously had a SIM only account and it was closed in February for one reason or another. I still have the SIM and want to reactivate the account and resume service.
Can this be done and if so how do I go about doing it? All the bank details/DD/stay the same

Hello @idlee,

Unfortunately, we are not able to re-activate a SIM following it's closure.
If you'd like to get services from iD Mobile, you'll need to apply for a new SIM-only contract from our website.
