Registering Two phones with same email

Trying to get the id mobile app for both our phones but we have a joint email address. Successfully added one, but cannot load the other, as message keeps saying "already registered". Any ideas? Thanks.

Welcome to the iD Community.

This has previously been asked in the community.

It's not possible to register more than 1 account to one email address.

You'll need to register the second account with a new email address in order to get this to work.

So what happens when you only have 1 email address but you have 2 children with two separate phones. I pay the account and therefore want to use my email address as the one controlling invoices etc.?

Hi @FM74

 

In that scenario, as Mohammed mentioned, you’d need to use an existing 2nd email address, or create another email account for the purpose of logging in to check the 2nd line.
