Restoring account access via email

Hi. I’ve lost my sim card and forgot password to my account . Is it posible to restore access by email?

The code is only issued by text.

We can send a replacement SIM you can activate and then do this way?

Is there something you wanted to do with the account?

Dear Mohammed 

I have a few questions.

  1. my contract comes to an end this month. I have made my last payment, what are my options?
  2. I never used the phone number and am trying to gain access to my app or account but can’t because I don’t have a way of receiving the rest code. Can you help me gain access to my account?

Hello @Philid,

  1. Your options are:
  • Upgrade to a new contract (done via the app/account)
  • Upgrade to a SIM-only (done via the app/account)
  • Cancel via STAC/PAC code (done via texting but PAC can be requested via app also)
  • Cancel via 30-days disconnection (done via app/account or speaking to us)
  1. Account access can only be regained from the security code. You’ll need to have first registered so if not, that’s the first step. Otherwise, reset password/forgotten username to retrieve details. If you still have the SIM, just pop it into the phone and follow the steps on our website to sort this. A code is sent to the number for password reset etc

Hello @Philid,

We can issue a replacement SIM and activate once it arrives to allow you to access your account.

Alternatively, if you’re just looking to cancel, we can process this for you from a Private Message with you?
