Separate sim and phone with sim on same account?

I have just purchased a new phone with sim but have also got a separate sim for my son.

My question is on the iD mobile app, as far as I can tell, I can only see details for my son’s sim (which is the one I had first). Does anybody know how I can access details for my new phone?

Hello @Bestbitter,

 

You’ll need to register each SIM with it’s own iD Mobile account.

They’ll need to have their own log-in emails.

 

So pop your SIM into your phone, head to our website and click register.

Then complete the details for your new SIM and you’ll be able to log-in and manage your other number.
