Hi I’m looking for my transaction number so that I can complete swapping my number over

But I ordered online via carphone warehouse can anyone help where to find it please

Hi @Becks 

 

If you're on a SIM-only plan, you can request a PAC code from within the iD app/MyAccount under "My plan options" 

 

Alternatively, you can contact our Live Chat team here for assistance with cancelling your plan and obtaining a PAC code.

Hi there @Becks

Have you since received your SIM?

If so, you should be able to register that on our website: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Once you’ve registered and logged in, you’ll be able to submit your PAC (code) and the number you wish to move over to us within the My Account area there.

That way you won’t need any Transaction Number.
